The Prometheus Executive Function Reset Program is a structured 6-week program designed for students with ADHD who struggle with organization, starting assignments, staying focused, and managing school responsibilities. Many students with ADHD are bright and capable but feel overwhelmed by the systems required to succeed in school. Missing assignments, procrastination, disorganization, and difficulty starting work can lead to frustration for both students and parents. This program focuses on teaching students the practical skills and routines that help school feel more manageable and less stressful.

Over the course of 12 guided sessions, students work through a structured workbook and interactive coaching activities designed to strengthen the executive function skills that drive academic success. Instead of simply helping students complete homework, the program teaches the underlying systems that allow students to become more independent and confident learners. Students learn strategies they can apply immediately and continue using throughout the school year.

Students in the program learn how to:
